Hundreds, probably even thousands, of people had dinner and drinks at the Cock ‘n Bull during its 50-year run. Among them there were big stars like Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra, Rock Hudson and Joan Crawford. Others were lesser known, more familiar than famous, like British character actors Alan Mowbray and Eric Blore. A goodly number of the imbibers at the bar worked behind the scenes as producers and directors.
